Receptionist - Turlock, CA
We have a fantastic new opportunity available! A highly trusted insurance company in the Central Valley is looking to add an ambitious receptionist to help their front office. This company has been in the industry for over 50 years and leads by example with its collaborations within the community of Turlock. What we need from you:
- Experience - You have at least 1-3+ year of administrative assistant, clerical, and/or receptionist experience
- Customer Service - You take pride in providing positive customer service experiences and have great communication skills
- Software - You are proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Adobe
The Position:
- Greet all customers and clients with a warm welcome
- Various amounts of data entry
- Provide helpful and professional service to all clients
- Give excellent customer service via phone and email
- Collect all mail, packages, and deliveries and give them to the appropriate person
- Familiarize yourself with answering phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate department
- Be very organized when managing calendars and phone directories
