The Role: What You’ll Do
As our newest Customer Service Representative, you will be the heartbeat of our client relationships. You aren’t just answering phones; you are a trusted advisor helping clients navigate their coverages, handle life changes, and find peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Expert Voice: Respond to incoming calls and emails, confidently answering client questions regarding their policies, billing, and coverage details.
- Manage Policy Changes: Easily process endorsements, policy updates, and renewals to ensure our clients always have the right protection.
- Be an Advocate During Claims: Walk clients through the claims-filing process with empathy and clarity, explaining next steps so they never feel lost.
- Fuel Our Growth: Quote and process new business policies, identifying the best coverage options from our diverse carrier network.
What We’re Looking For
- The Mindset: Excellent customer service skills are absolutely required. You are naturally empathetic, a great listener, and a proactive problem-solver.
- The Credentials:

- An active Property & Casualty (P&C) License OR several years of solid insurance experience OR the sheer drive and ability to obtain your license quickly (we will help guide you through the process!).
- The Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves, Not Dealbreakers):

- Experience working within an independent agency/brokerage environment.
- Familiarity with AMS software (Management Systems).
- Experience or comfort handling Commercial Lines of insurance.
