Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with a sterile pounding pharmacy in Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with leadership capability and a strong interest in sterile pounding operations, regulatory pliance, and team development. The facility is moving quickly to secure a new PIC as their current leader is transitioning out, so timely applicants are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all sterile pounding operations

Lead regulatory and pliance initiatives (USP standards, inspections, documentation)

Maintain facility and environmental control standards

Provide day-to-day staff leadership, training, and development
-
Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and cleanroom protocols

Support providers and patients with clinical, operational, and medication-related needs

Uphold safety, accuracy, and sterility standards across all workflows
Required Qualifications:
-
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution

Active Pharmacist license in good standing (Oklahoma required; multi-state license a plus)

Strong knowledge of pharmacology, dosage calculations, contamination prevention, and sterile principles

Demonstrated understanding of USP aseptic technique and cleanroom operations

Leadership experience or prior PIC experience strongly preferred
Preferred/Ideal Skills (Required by Client):

Prior sterile pounding experience (preferred, but the facility is willing to train the right candidate)

Excellent munication, documentation, and regulatory readiness skills

Ability to mentor and oversee staff in a controlled environment
