About the Role

We’re looking for a Dealer Success Coordinator to help dealerships get the most out of Tahcar.

This is not a traditional BDC (Business Development Center) role—you won’t spend your day reading scripts or making cold calls. Instead, you’ll work directly with dealership teams to onboard new customers, answer questions, solve problems, provide training, and ensure every dealership has an outstanding experience using Tahcar. You’ll become a trusted resource for automotive dealers and play a key role in our growth.


What You’ll Do


Onboard New Dealerships

  • Welcome new dealership partners to Tahcar
  • Conduct virtual training sessions and product walkthroughs
  • Help customers get started quickly and confidently
  • Ensure successful first shipments


Support Existing Customers

  • Answer inbound phone calls and emails
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to solve issues
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience


Build Strong Relationships

  • Develop relationships with dealership personnel
  • Check in regularly with customers
  • Help dealerships maximize the value of the platform
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience


Support Growth

  • Follow up with inbound inquiries
  • Schedule product demonstrations
  • Assist with dealership outreach efforts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and account notes


What We’re Looking For


Required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional phone presence
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable learning new technology
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation


Preferred

  • Automotive dealership or BDC experience
  • Customer service, customer success, or account management experience
  • CRM experience
  • SaaS or technology company experience
  • Startup experience
