Location: This hybrid position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina; Batesville, IN; Deerfield, IL.

As a Manager of Global Product Marketing, Device Connectivity, you will leverage your research-backed ideas to excel as a business partner and marketer, enhancing our strategic approach in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Lead the strategic management and growth of the device connectivity portfolio.
  • Collaboration: Work with product managers, regional marketing teams, R&D, and partners to implement strategies.
  • Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive portfolio growth globally.
  • Innovation: Develop product and application roadmaps, addressing market needs.
  • Research: Understand market trends, competitors, and develop strategic business plans.
  • Market Alignment: Align marketing strategies and pricing with regional partners.
  • Performance Indicators: Track key performance indicators to achieve business goals.
  • Market Adoption: Partner with commercial teams to drive connected IT solutions' adoption.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Medicine, Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; product management in device connectivity preferred.
  • Skills: Leadership, team management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Environment: Experience in dynamic, matrixed business settings is crucial.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 15%.
