Sign-on Bonus up to $5,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate nursing care for residents during the night shift
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to care plans and policies
- Assess residents' health status and update medical records accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
Qualifications:
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
- Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
