Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary) – Machesney Park/Loves Park, IL
Adecco is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a client located near Machesney Park/Loves Park, IL. This is a temporary, entry-level position expected to run through July, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
This role is highly administrative and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on I-9 verification and extensive phone communication. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy, organization, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
- Pay: $23–$25 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Hybrid schedule: Remote work available on Tuesdays and Fridays after training
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct I-9 verification with a high level of accuracy and compliance
- Manage high-volume phone communication in a professional and timely manner
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially during peak periods (Mondays and Fridays)
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
- Previous administrative or recruiting support experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
