Senior Commercial Van Customer Service Specialist

• Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

ROLE IMPACT
This role ensures exceptional support for Mercedes-Benz commercial van customers by resolving service-related inquiries and executing account transactions across phone, email, and fax channels. Success is defined by delivering accurate, brand-aligned service and maintaining high levels of satisfaction to support customer retention and loyalty.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding account services, billing, and document requests
• Update and maintain customer account records with accurate contact and interaction details
• Process phone-based payments and support check handling procedures
• Resolve service concerns and act as a liaison between customers and internal departments
• Execute and explain various corporate service processes to customers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 4+ years of experience servicing commercial accounts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and issue-resolution skills
• Proficient in multi-channel customer service (phone, email, fax)
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• CRM platforms
• Phone and email service systems
• Payment processing tools
• Fax/document management software
• Microsoft Office Suite
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Associate degree or higher
• Experience with corporate liaison roles
• Familiarity with commercial vehicle servicing protocols
