Requirements
• Active Texas Property Casualty and Life Health licenses required
• Prior insurance sales experience required
• Interested in long-term career growth and agency leadership opportunities
• Comfortable with sales goals, accountability, and consistent prospecting
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Coachable and open to feedback, training, and mentorship
