Warehouse Associate – $20–$22/hr – 1st Shift (Full-Time, Direct Hire)

Job Summary
We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support daily operations including receiving, stocking, picking/packing, and shipping in a fast-paced distribution environment.
This is a hands-on role with opportunities to operate equipment like forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
What You’ll Do
- Load/unload inbound shipments using forklift or pallet jack
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Stock inventory and maintain accurate location tracking
- Process shipping documents (BOLs, labels, packing lists)
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate equipment: sit-down forklift, stand-up, reach truck, pallet jack
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Assist with packaging, assembly, and general warehouse tasks
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift experience or willingness to be trained
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork
