Performs assembly, testing, and inspection of cable assemblies in a clean room environment while following safety, quality, and documentation standards.

ASSEMBLY OPERATOR III/IV/V Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $22.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 11:30pm)
- 1st or 2nd Shift Available
- Assemble precision components and cable/connector products
- Work with small parts, hand tools, and measuring devices
- Follow written work instructions and quality standards
- Inspect and document work to ensure accuracy and traceability
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support production goals and continuous improvement efforts
ASSEMBLY OPERATOR III/IV/V Qualifications:
- 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with small/intricate parts
- Ability to remain standing or stationary for long periods
- Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime when needed
- Ability to read and understand written English instructions
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
