We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This contract position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, managing deadlines, and handling diverse tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Format and prepare correspondence for various team members, including partners, directors, managers, and staff.
• Process and input charges for tax returns accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for associates, including booking flights, ground transportation, and accommodations, while ensuring timely submission of credit card reconciliation documents.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as answering calls, copying, scanning, and maintaining organized records.
• Assist in formatting and binding financial statements to ensure a high-quality presentation.
• Support the assurance process by managing confirmations and related tasks.
• Collaborate with the Office Administrator to address building and maintenance requests as needed.
• Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and manage workload effectively.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with tasks such as financial statement formatting and back-office support.
• Experience handling expense reports and receptionist duties.
