Key Responsibilities Include:
Utility Operator: Seamlessly coordinating the packaging of PVC Compound, labeling and assembling as per schedule, whilst keeping quality checks intact and operating machinery like fork and electric hand trucks safely.
Unit Operator: Managing mixers and pelletizing systems meticulously while documenting production performance and ensuring high-quality output.
Blender Loader: In charge of loading, cleaning, weighing ingredients, and efficiently transferring samples for testing.
Console Operator: Executing blender loader duties, understanding schedules deeply, and managing bulk oil and resin operations.
Compounder: Overseeing blender loader functions and verifying accurate weighing and labeling of ingredients.
