Hyannis Country Garden is seeking Seasonal Laborers to assist in the Garden Department.
* Part Time or Full Time * Seasonal * Must have weekend availability. *
In this role, you will:
- Work in Pick Up Area assisting Customers to load products into their vehicle.
- Receive and display green goods and hard goods merchandise as directed.
- Be able to assist customers with GARDEN selling skills in accordance with training card program.
- Maintain company standards as stated in policy manual.
Reporting to the Sales & Merchandising Manager, instructions for new assignments are directed daily through a working task list. In addition, the successful candidate must have the physical ability and endurance to lift heavy objects repeatedly and able to work in all kinds of weather. A basic knowledge of plants and plant maintenance is desirable but not required. Good interpersonal skills and the good ability to work with public are required.
A candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a laborer in the landscape industry helpful not necessary.
