Shift: M–F (8–5 or 9–6)

Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist II provides operational, analytical, and logistical support to early‐career and university recruiting programs. This role supports internship initiatives, campus recruiting activities, and recruiting operations, ensuring hiring processes run efficiently in a fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support early‐career and university hiring for internships and entry‐level roles
- Coordinate candidate communications and interview scheduling
- Support the execution of campus recruiting events and internship program activities
- Track and analyze recruiting funnel metrics
- Support project execution across TA initiatives
- Manage administrative processes such as inboxes, calendars, budgets, and vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0–2 years of experience (1–3 years preferred)
- Experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or early‐career recruiting
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM and scheduling platforms
- Preferred: experience recruiting for tech or hardware organizations
