We’re seeking a licensed Insurance Account Manager to support both Personal and Commercial Lines clients with precision and care.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage a book of Personal and Commercial P&C clients
• Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
• Communicate with carriers, producers, and clients to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate documentation using EZLynx, Dropbox, and Outlook
• Deliver exceptional service with professionalism and empathy
• Support a collaborative, accountable team environment
What You Bring:
• Active Florida 220 license (required)
• 2+ years of experience in Personal and/or Commercial Lines (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with digital tools (EZLynx, Canopy Connect, Outlook, Dropbox, Vonage, etc.)
• A positive attitude and commitment to team success
