Business Development Representative
· Develop and maintain relationships with parts managers and inventory control managers
· Monitor and gather useful information from the parts manager. Gather data and other protentional leads into our database for future references and development.
· Assist in day-to-day incoming calls for order entry, tracking orders, assisting in order errors, and taking care of customer requests as needed
· Track and report weekly on the progress of your development. Highlighting new findings, leads that are coming together or postponed, and where you are at with the monthly goals
· Responsible for the end-to-end communication of our programs offered, follow up with weekly calls, keeping track of their interest, and promoting our Sell -Buy- Save concept
· Eventually manage a territory through the full development process from initial conception to final stages of incoming parts inventory and purchasing
The Parts Depot is looking to hire a Full-Time hourly position. 40hrs Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm. No travel needed. No customer required visits. No need to attend networking events. Your weekends are your own.
Skills and qualifications we are looking for:
· Proficiency with Microsoft word and excel
· Experience in the business development field or equivalent inside sales
· Effectively use verbal and written communication skills
· Phone etiquette with clear communication and respectful interactions
· Problem solving skills to propose solutions that are within the guidelines of our programs and daily operations
· Create conversations that are engaging and offer a simple non-aggressive delivery
· Be a contributing employee and co-worker that everyone can count on to be on time, offer to help collaborate to be more productive, and proactively offer help and seek support when needed
