Premier custom apparel and embroidery printing company in the Chicago area is busy. They are searching to hire a Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage front end office, inside sales, order entry, shipping and receiving.
- Assist inside sales staff in following up with clients and bids.
- Help inside sales staff in upselling orders with clients.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Bridge communication between inside sales and shipping and receiving departments.
- Delegate orders to inside account managers.
- Will also handle a few key client accounts.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience managing customer service/inside account management teams.
- Excellent communication and follow through skills.
- Excellent team building skills.
- General knowledge of the printing industry; screen, digital and/or offset required.
- Solid project management skills.
- Able to review and delegate work loads.
- Proficient on MSO.
Very good opportunity to work with company in growth mode.
Starting salary range $60,000 - $70,000 + commissions, benefits, and relocation assistance.
