<p>We are seeking a Support Account Manager to join our team! You will work with one customer and offer solutions to drive company revenue.</p>

<li>Present and sell company products for new items to existing customers</li>
<li>Resolve customer inquiries and complaints</li>
<li>Set follow-up new item sheets, website support, rep support</li>
<li>work on Sage</li>
<li>Create sales material to present to customers with art team and work on new packaging</li>
</ul>

<li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM platforms</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li>
<li>Excel, Word, Mac</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>work well with other teams such as marketing, sales and purchasing</li>
