Exciting Compensation Package!
*** $60,000 Sign-on Bonus ***
Total compensation package (base pay + bonus) could exceed $300K depending on experience and location.
Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat center patients in accordance with established standards of care.
- Monitor patient care quality using available data and chart reviews.
- Coordinate patient services, including specialty referrals and home health care.
- Actively participate in daily huddles as a key source of medical expertise.
- Foster a cooperative practice environment with a professional demeanor.
- Complete medical record documentation promptly, optimizing coding specificity.
- Adhere to policies and protocols defined by Clinical Leadership.
- Engage in discussions about quality of care and outcome data with the Regional Medical Director.
- Explore growth opportunities for new or existing services within the Center.
- Participate in the local primary care “on-call” program as needed.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies.
- Focus 100% of your time on direct patient care, including administrative tasks related to patient care.
Required Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain one in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with colleagues and patients.
- Fully engaged in the concept of integrated team-based care.
- Willingness to adapt to a value-based care setting.
- Superior patient/customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills, including email and EMR.
- This role is patient-facing and requires participation in CenterWell’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted DEA license.
- Medicare Provider Number.
- 2-5 years of directly applicable experience preferred.
- Experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients.
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with HEDIS quality indicators.
