Position Overview:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing OT program. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Behavioral Analysts, with opportunities for co-treating and collaboration.
Duties:
- Provide high-quality, individualized care for pediatric patients.
- Co-treat with other therapists to offer a comprehensive approach.
- Evaluate and assess patients' occupational therapy needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Support patients and their families with strategies for at-home care and preventive measures.
- Uphold the principles of neurodiversity-affirming care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorates in Occupational Therapy.
- National and state licensing.
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred.
- Comfortable working with diverse populations, including Autism, feeding delays, sensory processing, behavior challenges, trauma, fine motor skills, executive functioning, social-emotional development, and sensory needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
