RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 3 x 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with rotating weekends
\n• No on-call requirements
\n• Operate in an 8-bed MST overflow unit within a PCU/Stepdown setting
\n• Maintain 4:1 patient ratios during days, nights, and weekends
\n• Provide comprehensive patient-family centered care for adult patients
\n• Work with a daily census of 13 patients across 13 beds
\n• Epic charting experience preferred
\n• Required certifications: BLS (AHA certification must be in hand at time of submittal)
\n• California RN licensure required at time of submission
\n• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical Stepdown experience required
\n• Previous charge experience preferred
\n• Skills required: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
\n• May float to other locations if census is low on home unit
\n• Complete orientation modules averaging 1-5 hours (non-billable)
\n• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
\n• 7-year work history verification required
\n• 50-mile travel requirement
