Be a Strategic Financial Leader in Manufacturing!

As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll oversee all plant-level financial activities, providing critical insights that shape decisions, improve efficiency, and ensure profitability. This role offers the opportunity to not only manage the numbers—but to truly make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead plant accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, payroll coordination, cost accounting, fixed assets).
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal controls.
- Partner with plant operations leadership to improve labor and material efficiency, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement.
- Manage costing, variance analysis, forecasting, and budget planning.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting, including monthly financials and KPI dashboards.
- Support strategic projects, process improvements, and capital investment decisions.
- Mentor and develop the plant accounting team while serving as a trusted business partner to plant leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA a plus).
- 5–7 years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and manufacturing KPIs.
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience.
- A collaborative leader with integrity, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
