Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This full-time Warehouse Worker role focuses on receiving, packing, inventory control, and material handling in a busy warehouse environment. You will primarily support receiving operations at the start of the week, ensuring incoming goods are accurately checked, recorded, and stored using warehouse systems and equipment. The position offers training in SAP and provides an opportunity to build solid experience in warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods at the beginning of the week, verifying quantities and product details against documentation.
- Use SAP and other warehouse systems to record, track, and update inventory information accurately.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products safely.
- Perform packing duties, including preparing, labeling, and organizing orders for storage or dispatch.
- Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and confirm items, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory counts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing stock checks and reporting discrepancies promptly.
- Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of hazards to support a safe working environment.
- Follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions for all warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to manage workload and meet daily operational targets.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, including staging, sorting, and organizing materials.
Essential Skills
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Experience with basic warehouse functions such as receiving, packing, and inventory handling.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Willingness to learn and use SAP for inventory and warehouse management, with training provided.
- Strong attention to detail when checking shipments, recording data, and handling inventory.
- Ability to work full time, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift.
- Reliable work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receiver role or handling inbound shipments.
- Prior forklift experience and comfort working with material handling equipment.
- Experience using warehouse management systems or ERP tools, with exposure to SAP considered an asset.
- Experience in inventory control, including cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Environment

The environment requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, and moving products throughout the shift. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
