Provide customer support by addressing resident inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling various administrative tasks.
Collaborate with office manager to ensure smooth office operations and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an office environment or similar role is preferred.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficient in using office equipment such as computers (MS Office + Excel), printers, and phone systems. QuickBooks knowledge a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience as a personal assistant or in customer support roles is advantageous but not required.
