Construction Project Manager
Buffalo, NY
$100k base (negotiable) + benefits, insurance, performance bonus, etc.
NCW is looking for a Construction Project Manager for a general contractor out of Buffalo, NY. This position will be mostly in-office in Buffalo, NY and will oversee budgets, estimating, bidding, scheduling, reporting, etc. for project both in Buffalo and outside areas. Industries include mixed-use, healthcare, casino/gaming, commercial and more.
Requirements:
- Prior Project Management experience needed. Preferably in one of the industries listed in the description above.
- Detail-oriented, organized, strong task management skills, proficient in construction software used for planning, scheduling, reports, etc.
- Ability to submit and pass a background check and drug test.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
