Are you passionate about leveraging AI to transform healthcare and operations? Join our growing AI Center of Excellence as an AI Product Analyst and help shape the future of AI adoption across clinical, operational, and administrative domains.

In this impactful role, you'll collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, clinicians, IT professionals, and business leaders to evaluate, implement, and monitor AI solutions that drive innovation and improve outcomes. Reporting to the Executive Director of Artificial Intelligence, you'll help ensure AI initiatives align with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and user needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Analyze new AI proposals for feasibility, impact, and strategic alignment
  • Support AI risk assessments and contribute to governance reporting
  • Monitor AI performance post-deployment, tracking model accuracy, bias, and impact
  • Conduct data-driven assessments of AI’s effect on workflows, efficiency, and finances
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions meet real-world needs
  • Facilitate change management, user training, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Develop clear dashboards and reports to visualize trends and model performance
  • Contribute to a culture of ethical, effective, and responsible AI adoption

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years in technical product management, AI analysis, data science, or business analytics
  • Proven experience with AI/ML technologies, data pipelines, or analytics platforms in healthcare, tech, or regulated industries
  • Ability to explain technical AI concepts to clinical and business stakeholders
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Deep understanding of AI model governance, bias mitigation, and post-launch monitoring
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and Agile development experience
  • Familiarity with AI compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, FDA AI/ML guidance, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST standards)
  • Experience managing the full AI product lifecycle—from intake to monitoring

What would set you apart?

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related discipline (preferred)
  • Experience in roles like Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Data Product Manager
  • Knowledge of EHR systems and healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, DICOM)
  • Background in user acceptance testing and AI model evaluation
