Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Crane & Rigging Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts within the crane and rigging industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally within a leading organization specializing Crane & Rigging services.
Location: Massachusetts / New England
What We Offer:
- Base salary: $100,000+ per year
- Commission: 3% of total sales

Duties
- Drive business development through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored crane and rigging solutions.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
- Conduct product demos and technical presentations to showcase solutions that meet client requirements.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize account value.
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning, territory expansion, and market analysis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven crane and rigging sales experience or similar industry experience
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account development effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities for product demos and client interactions.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans accordingly.
- Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales is advantageous but not required.
