Summary: We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior member of our executive leadership team. This role is critical to the success of high-level operations and requires a sharp, resourceful professional who operates with precision, discretion, and a strong sense of accountability.
This is a strategic support role—not a routine administrative position. The successful candidate will manage complex schedules, high-level communications, and confidential matters with confidence and clarity. You’ll play a key role in enabling executive focus and ensuring seamless execution of leadership initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to executive leadership, managing priorities, communications, and logistics with efficiency and foresight
- Provide confidential administrative support in an accurate and flexible manner
- Schedule and manage the Executive’s daily appointment calendar
- Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, special functions and appointments
- Collect and prepare information for use in discussions and meetings with executive staff members, Board of Directors, and outside individuals
- Act as primary liaison with various departments within the Bank; respond to inquiries and complaints related to the Department
- Develop a working relationship with superiors and peers to accomplish department and Bank goals
- Compose letters and memoranda from verbal direction, dictation, or from Bank policies and procedures
- Type and coordinate correspondence, reports, memoranda, special projects, technical papers, and related material for the department as requested
- Receive and answer telephone calls, mail and visitors and provide information in accordance with Bank policy
- Maintain records, gather and check data, as well as design, format, compose, and edit a variety of reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
- Highly experienced Executive Assistants with advanced capabilities will be considered, and compensation will be evaluated accordingly.
Geographic Location:
- Irvine, CA: $68,000 - $97,000 (Annually)

Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
Skills:
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Office. Highly organized and flexible
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player. 60 wpm typing skills
- Strong knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation
- Ability to take shorthand or to transcribe dictation
- Organized, independent, and self-motivated with a team player attitude
- Present a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental and external representatives
