Warehouse Clerk – Supply Chain Logistics
Full-Time, Indianapolis, IN
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 /hr

Our client is a leading supply chain logistics company in Greenfield, IN is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join its fast-paced distribution team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and values accuracy, safety, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Clerk:
As a Warehouse Clerk, you’ll play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by processing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and preparing materials for delivery. Your work ensures that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently to keep the supply chain running smoothly.
Warehouse Clerk Duties Include:

Receiving, labeling, and stocking incoming shipments

Picking, packing, and staging orders for outgoing delivery

Verifying inventory accuracy through regular counts and inspections

Entering and updating data in warehouse management systems (WMS)

Preparing shipping documents and maintaining accurate records

Assisting with returns, damaged goods, and inventory adjustments

Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (if certified)

Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Communicating with drivers, warehouse leads, and team members to ensure timely operations
What We’re Looking For:
-
1+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics environment
-
Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS or inventory systems

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Good communication and organizational skills
-
Physical ability to lift/move packages and be on your feet throughout the shift

Forklift certification a plus (but not required)

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
