About the Role
Hawks is looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of service clients. You’ll be the main point of contact—building strong partnerships, managing service agreements, and turning client needs into long-term solutions and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a book of service accounts
- Build strong client relationships and handle day-to-day needs
- Lead check-ins after maintenance to review performance + next steps
- Drive service agreement renewals and expansions
- Identify opportunities for upgrades, projects, and energy solutions
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
