We transform high-end bathrooms and kitchens and we are searching for elite mechanics and tile installers who want a long-term home with a company that cares about quality.

There are two paths into this role. You excel in either:
• Mechanical/hard-skills side: framing, plumbing, electrical, rough-ins
• Tile craftsmanship: waterproofing systems, layout, installation, precision finishes

If you have strengths in both, even better. You will be working side-by-side with a skilled Crew Lead, learning, advancing, and producing beautiful work.

What You’ll Do

• Full bathroom and kitchen renovations
• Demo to final trim
• Collaborate with your Crew Lead and Project Manager
• Maintain our high standards of communication, cleanliness, and consistency

What You Bring

• 5+ years professional experience in residential renovations
• Strong skills in either tile or mechanical trades
• Ability to follow plans with accuracy and accountability
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean background check
• Positive attitude, team mentality, and pride in your craft
