Job Description

Job DescriptionNorthwest Kidney Centers seeks a Hospital Services Scheduler to join the Hospital Services team in a 3x12 night shift position. Hourly rate $23.17 - $36.44 Purpose:
The Hospital Services Scheduler is responsible to the Nurse Manager and the Senior Clinical Director for designated operations within Hospital Services. This includes:

  • Collect, organize and maintain patient staff and nephrologist data
  • Daily scheduling and distribution of staff to hospital facilities
  • Plan and schedule patient treatment assignments
  • Maintains positive relationships with client hospitals and nephrologists
  • Verify treatments provided match hospital charges
  • Facilitate distribution and collection of paperwork related to performance appraisals.

Shift 36hr/wk, 3x12 FTE night shift (1700-0530) Sun-Sat Hybrid. Requirements

  • Equivalent of high school graduate level studies
  • Medical terminology familiarity
  • Previous staff or patient scheduling experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel

Preferred qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree

This position is eligible for an evening shift premium of $1.31/hour. This position is eligible for a night shift premium of $1.92/hour. This position is eligible for a weekend premium of $2.00/hour.
