Hello Speech-Language Pathologists! We are hiring for a part-time middle school Speech-Language Pathologist role in Shoreview, Minnesota for a fall long-term assignment. This school-based Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a clearly defined caseload, strong clinical support, and a structured academic-year assignment. Strong potential for continued placement or future school-year opportunities.
Position Overview
• Position: Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (.5 FTE, Long-Term Substitute)
• Pay Rate: $48–$60/hour
• Start Date: September 2026
• Assignment End Date: December 2026
• School Setting: Middle School
Caseload & Setting Details
• Approximate Caseload: ~34 students
• School Level: Middle School
• Setting: Single school site in Shoreview, Minnesota
• Service Model: Primarily indirect services with reduced direct therapy load
• Focus: Collaboration, IEP support, consultative services, and case management
• Structured, manageable caseload designed to support sustainable workloads

Your Impact (Responsibilities)
• Provide school-based speech-language services aligned with IEP goals
• Support students through indirect services, consultation, and collaboration
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Maintain compliant and timely documentation
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
• Active Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) SLP license or eligibility
• Active PELSB license (or ability to obtain)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skillsClinical Fellows Welcome – structured supervision and mentorship provided
