Manufacturing Engineer
Join an innovative team in Ashtabula County committed to designing and manufacturing cutting-edge products. We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, optimize production, and ensure high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes.
- Lead lean manufacturing cell design and optimize space, equipment, and resources.
- Manage product launches and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and cross-functional teams.
- Apply Kaizen, Lean, and statistical methods for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Oversee CNC programming, tool development, and vendor management.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience with CNC programming, AutoCAD or Solidworks.
- Expertise in Kaizen, Lean, Value Streams and manufacturing optimization.
- Knowledge of robotics, welding, electrical assembly, HVAC, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
