We’re looking for a highly motivated, personable, and outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our Snow Division. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a dynamic, year-round role.
During the off-season, your primary focus will be lead generation, sourcing new clients, and helping grow our business. In the winter season, you’ll shift into a customer support role, assisting clients with service requests, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Compensation:
$19 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
- Actively prospect and pursue new business opportunities by identifying leads
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and service requests
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the snow season, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences
- Overcome objections and handle rejection with a positive, results-driven attitude
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required – we will train the right candidate
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
