Job Title: Lab Infrastructure & Inventory Engineer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on engineer to manage and maintain physical inventory across our semiconductor lab environment.
This role involves working closely with lab users, IT teams, and infrastructure stakeholders to ensure accurate asset tracking, basic system data collection, and smooth coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform physical inventory of lab systems, racks, and mounted servers
Collect and maintain accurate asset data (hardware details, OS, usage, ownership, etc.)
Identify basic security or vulnerability gaps and highlight them to relevant teams
Collaborate with engineers, lab users, and cross-functional teams for data validation and updates
Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation efforts
Assist in improving inventory tracking processes and standardization
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
Understanding of basic vulnerability concepts and system hygiene
Experience working in a semiconductor lab or similar hardware-heavy environment
Strong coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage physical + logical data together
Preferred:
Experience with asset management tools or CMDB
Exposure to lab infrastructure where servers are rack-mounted
