Key Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of one year of recent NICU nursing experience
  • Current BLS and NRP certifications required

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in high-stress environments

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to high-risk neonates within the NICU setting
  • Monitor patient vital signs, recognize changes in condition, and respond rapidly to emergencies
  • Administer medications, fluids, and nutrition based on physician orders and protocols
  • Document care accurately and efficiently in electronic health records
  • Provide education and emotional support to families and caregivers
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Adhere to facility protocols and infection control standards
