Key Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent NICU nursing experience
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required

- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in high-stress environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to high-risk neonates within the NICU setting
- Monitor patient vital signs, recognize changes in condition, and respond rapidly to emergencies
- Administer medications, fluids, and nutrition based on physician orders and protocols
- Document care accurately and efficiently in electronic health records
- Provide education and emotional support to families and caregivers
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility protocols and infection control standards
