About the Role:
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across multiple channels. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing channel marketing initiatives, coordinating trade show participation, and creating compelling marketing collateral that aligns with the company’s brand identity. The Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with vendors, creative teams, center administrators and the community to ensure cohesive marketing communication and effective implementation of marketing plans. By analyzing market trends and customer insights, the manager will continuously refine marketing strategies to maximize impact and ROI. Ultimately, this position is responsible for elevating the company’s market presence and supporting business objectives through strategic marketing management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
- Proven experience with SEO and developing marketing collateral.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, planning, and communication principles.
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with childcare related brands or childcare centers.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
- Certification in digital marketing or brand management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the company’s participation in trade shows and events to enhance brand visibility.
- Create and oversee the production of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and report results to senior leadership.
