Customer Onboarding Specialist
Express Employment LAX is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist for a printing company in the city of Hawthorne. The Customer Onboarding Specialist thrives on creating smooth, personalized onboarding experiences. In this role, you'll be the go-to guide for new customers-helping them understand how to order, what to expect, and how to get the most out of our platform and products.

Pay Rate: $24 Per Hour
What You'll Do as a Customer Onboarding Specialist:
Own the New Customer Journey:
- Be the go-to guide for new Priority and Core customers as they place their first 5 orders
- Ensure a seamless handoff from Sales and coordinate all the way through Production and Delivery
- Use a milestone-based onboarding model to track and support customer progress
- Spot issues early and jump in to keep orders-and relationships-on track
Educate, Empower, and Excite:
- Host engaging onboarding sessions via phone or video, tailored to each customer's needs
- Teach the ins and outs of our ordering process, artwork file setup, and product specifications
- Train customers on our digital wholesale ordering platform and customer portal
- Conduct product education sessions across multiple product lines
Build Tools That Make It Easy:
- Create customized order guides and onboarding materials for different customer segments
- Collaborate with creatives to build quick-start guides, video tutorials, and FAQs
- Keep resources up to date, easy to follow, and ready to wow
Requirements for Customer Onboarding Specialist:
- 2-4 years of customer success, onboarding, or account management experience
- Experience in B2B environments, preferably in manufacturing, printing, or garment decoration industries
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple customer onboarding processes simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical processes clearly
- Comfortable with digital tools including video conferencing, screen sharing, and customer portal platforms
- Basic understanding of graphic design file formats and printing processes (or willingness to learn quickly)
