Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program or (CPT)

  • Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist or Doctor of Physical Therapy

  • A continuous learner who is enthusiastic about mastering new, innovative treatment modalities and is willing to undergo specialized paid training for our patented technology (provided and paid for by us).

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Assessment & Collaborative Care: Partner with our supervising Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) to conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, providing medical clearance and developing holistic treatment strategies that address all aspects of a patient's condition, functional ability, and mobility.

  • Dynamic Treatment Planning: Formulate and adapt personalized, evidence-based care plans for each patient, leveraging our innovative technology to target specific goals and ensure optimal outcomes.

  • Advanced Therapeutic Intervention: Administer our patented orthotic device and cutting-edge methods to effectively resolve movement issues, reduce pain, and restore mobility and range of motion, consistently delivering immediate and profound results for our patients.

  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain meticulous patient records, scheduling sessions and documenting progress and outcomes in AthenaOne to ensure strict compliance with all provider regulations and clinic policies.

  • Outcomes-Based Progress Monitoring: Continuously evaluate and refine treatment plans by analyzing recorded data and incorporating direct patient feedback, ensuring a path to sustained improvement.

  • Empowering Patient Education: Serve as a compassionate educator, clearly communicating the science behind our N.A. program and empowering patients by explaining the fast, verifiable results they can expect and how to maintain their progress for a lasting recovery.
