Job Summary:

As a Bartender, you will be the face of our bar, crafting high-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall guest experience. You’ll be responsible for preparing beverages, managing bar inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional way to ensure an exceptional bar experience
  • Take beverage and food orders from customers and servers, and deliver them accurately
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu items, specialty drinks, and promotions
  • Ensure proper alcohol service in compliance with local laws and company policies
  • Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized at all times
  • Handle cash and card transactions responsibly using the POS system
  • Check identification to verify customers are of legal drinking age
  • Assist in opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service


Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Proven bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar setting
  • Knowledge of drink recipes, bar equipment, and mixology techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
