Your Role:
As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you’ll be responsible for the efficient and professional installation of acrylic bath systems. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results that exceed customer expectations. This is a 1099 position.
Responsibilities Include:

Remodel bathrooms in a single day using carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction skills

Follow company installation standards and procedures to ensure quality and consistency

Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers at all times

Keep work areas clean and organized, always respecting the customer’s property

Educate customers on care and maintenance of their new installations

Complete and submit necessary paperwork and job photos

Stock and maintain your work vehicle with tools and materials

Troubleshoot and adapt to unexpected on-site construction challenges
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or in-home renovation experience
-
Ability to take precise measurements (tape measure, level, combination square)

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-
Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
-
Proficiency with power tools (e.g., drills, jigsaws)

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
-
Must be willing to travel within a 35-mile radius of our office (trip charges apply to your pay for long-distance jobs)
Additional Requirements:
-
Must own a reliable work vehicle and personal set of tools. Must have the capacity in your work vehicle and/or trailer to pick up and transport all installation materials to the job sites, including very large acrylic sheets.

Proof of Liability Insurance is required. Workers Comp insurance required for installers who bring their own employees/helpers with them on the job. If installer is a 1099 than a waiver for Workers Comp insurance is required.
