Job Location: Chester Springs, PA or Winston-Salem, NC; Hybrid Work Model

Position Summary:

You’re the type of person who takes pride in keeping details organized, systems running smoothly, and people feeling supported. You enjoy balancing structure with variety: one day you’re helping a member solve an issue, the next you’re preparing event registrations or updating a platform. You thrive in fast-moving environments, stay calm under competing priorities, and naturally build strong relationships through clear communication and follow-through.

As a Member Services Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to partner for members and internal teams alike. From onboarding new members and maintaining databases to coordinating events and managing digital platforms, you’ll ensure our members have what they need to succeed. Your mix of organization, adaptability, and people skills will directly contribute to the success of the Custom Integration team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for member questions and support needs, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage and maintain member platforms, including MemberNet, CEDIA Academy, AVIXA, and Slack, by creating user accounts, updating content, and troubleshooting access.
  • Coordinate new member onboarding by entering data, preparing communications, and distributing announcements.
  • Support event preparation and execution, including registration, communication, and on-site assistance.
  • Process and track invoices for membership, events, and programs.
  • Maintain accurate member directories, databases, and program book updates.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide reporting, resources, and communications that strengthen member relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in business, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2–3 years of administrative, customer service, or membership support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a member-first mindset.
  • Comfortable learning new technology platforms and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across teams.

Work Environment:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.

General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
