We're partnering with a respected boutique CPA firm on Long Island that is looking to add an Audit Manager to its growing team. The firm serves a diverse client base of closely held businesses, real estate companies, and high-net-worth individuals, offering a wide variety of engagements and meaningful client interaction.

What You'll Do
- Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement process
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior accountants
- Review workpapers and financial statements while ensuring high-quality client service
- Identify opportunities to improve client processes and provide value-added recommendations
What We're Looking For
- CPA required or actively pursuing
- 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Experience managing engagements for closely held businesses
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- A collaborative professional looking to grow within a boutique firm
