As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting Project Managers, overseeing multiple industrial construction projects, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project operations and execution.
- Manage 2-4 active projects at a time, ranging from $150K to $400K+.
- Accurately read, review, and interpret civil drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
- Utilize AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook to maintain project documentation and schedules.
- Track deadlines, budgets, and progress with strong follow-through and accountability.
- Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to resolve challenges efficiently.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Engineer with a General Contractor.
- Strong ability to read and interpret civil and construction drawings.
- Proficiency with AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook.
- Self-starter mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while handling multiple projects.
- Previous experience with industrial construction projects is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience).
- Bonuses & Profit Sharing (performance-based).
- 401(k) Contribution: 3% of base salary automatically contributed after 1 year.
- Car Allowance (depending on candidate).
- Paid Time Off (PTO):
- 10 days/year to start.
- 15 days/year after 2 years.
- Additional increases at 5+ years.
