Job Overview
We are seeking a Scientist II (Associate) with strong expertise in Analytical Chemistry to join our laboratory team. This is a 100% onsite, lab-based role focused on analytical testing of drug products and APIs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC, dissolution testing, chromatography, and analytical data interpretation within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities

Perform analytical testing (HPLC/UPLC, dissolution) of drug products and APIs.

Conduct data analysis using chromatography and spectroscopy techniques, and present results to project teams.

Support regulatory and GMP-compliant analytical workflows.

Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and contribute to drug product development activities.

Assist in troubleshooting analytical techniques, equipment, and processes.
Required Qualifications

BS in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry with 4–6 years of experience, MS with 1–3 years, or PhD with 0–2 years.

Proven analytical laboratory experience (wet chemistry, chromatography).

Experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting scientific data using visualization tools.

Familiarity with statistical methods and applications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a team-based environment.
Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of GMP, quality, compliance, and data integrity requirements.

Hands-on expertise in Liquid Chromatography (HPLC/UPLC) and dissolution testing.

Proficiency with Empower chromatographic software and Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN).

Experience with statistical tools (Excel, Minitab) and comparative/multi-media dissolution studies.

Pharmaceutical industry background preferred.
