Job Title: Commercial Appliance Service Dispatcher
Job Summary: We are a commercial appliance repair company. We are seeking a highly organized and focused dispatcher to coordinate between service calls and technicians. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, dispatch and route technicians efficiently.
- Monitor technician schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed
- Communicate job details, updates, and changes to technicians
- Maintain accurate work order information
- Coordinate parts availability and job readiness when required.
Qualifications:
- Previous dispatcher , customer service, or call center experience preferred.
- Experience in appliance, HVAC, or field service dispatching is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers
Hours: Monday-Friday 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Hours while training Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
