Job Description
The Account Payable Specialist is responsible for all Account Payable, providing overall administrative management support to the Finance Department, including reconciling invoices, daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping the department on track, on time and on good terms, working with outside vendors.
- Contact suppliers to ensure accurate deliveries and schedules.
- Effectively communicating with the management team to ensure all orders are accurate
- Solid understanding of QuickBooks accounting Software
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and pivot table
- Strategically manages the performance review process for the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Qualifications
- Previous one year experience accounts payable preferred
- Tracking Budget Expenses,
- Attention to Detail, Thoroughness Organization
- Analyzing Information Accounting
- Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
- PC Proficiency including spreadsheets and databases,
- Highly organized and self-motivated
