Job DescriptionJoin a growing team as a Shipping Receiving Clerk/Material Handler and support a growing manufacturing on their journey that produces quality standard medical components all around the world! This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in logistics or supply chain.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Shipments: Arrange transportation for goods entering or leaving the country
- Prepare Documentation: Handle bills of lading, invoices, customs declarations, and certificates of origin
- Track Shipments: Monitor cargo movement and update stakeholders on delivery status
- Ensure Compliance: Follow international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies
- Communicate with Partners: Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and clients
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience operating a sit-down forklift
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ Import and Export experience.
- Ability to effectively understand safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and other job requirements generally written or expressed in English.
- Experience completing BOL and setting up shipments.
- Experience receiving within an ERP system is a bonus.

Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
